Indemand Solutions Update: March 19th 2009

For several years have been contacted by people who have mistakenly though we were fraudulently charging for thier website hosting fees. These people are being billed, somewhat suspiciously from a company called Indemand Hosting Solutions.

We are InDemand Sales and Solutions, a local company to Vancouver Island in Victoria British Columbia Canada and not the company you are looking for. We are receiving many emails every day from very unhappy people who feel that they are being criminally taken advantage of. Please read on for more information on the company we feel you are looking for.

From the people we have talked to, it appears that Indemand Solutions worked closely with GoDaddy domain registration services and hosted many of their domains. Once these domains were registered and the websites uploaded they were being billed by direct debit from their bank accounts from Indemand Solutions. Apparently some customers have tried stop payments, and tried contacting the number on file with their bank on Indemands billing information with no luck. We understand how frustrating this can be, but unfortunately InDemand.net is not the company you are looking for.

This Indemand Solutions company is not affiliated in any way with Indemand Sales and Solutions, but seeing as we are the number one ranked web site in the Google search engine we are receiving the complaints. Is this company committing fraud? We want to know!

Even though we are not responsible for the billing practices of Indemand Hosting Solutions we are highly interested in learning more about who these people are. We feel that their billing practices are affecting our business which is subsequently making our customers lose confidence in us.
