Indemand Solutions Update: October 6th 2011

For several years have been contacted by people who have mistakenly thought we were fraudulently charging their credit cards for website hosting fees. These people are being billed, somewhat suspiciously from a company called Indemand Hosting Solutions. Though we understand and feel sorry for their situation, we are in no way, and have never been affiliated with Indemand Hosting Solutions.

You have reached the website for InDemand Sales and Solutions, a local company on Vancouver Island. We service the southern island including Victoria, Duncan, Shawnigan Lake, Sooke, Sidney, Cobble Hill and Mill Bay areas. Please read on for more information on the company we feel you are looking for.

From the people we have talked to, it appears that Indemand Solutions worked closely with GoDaddy domain registration services and hosted many of their domains. Once these domains were registered and the websites uploaded they were being billed by direct debit from their bank accounts from Indemand Solutions. Apparently some customers have tried to stop payments, even going so far as to contact the number on file with their bank on Indemands billing information. Unfortunately finding current contact information for Indemand Hosting Solutions has not been possible.

Indemand Solutions is not affiliated in any way with Indemand Sales and Solutions nor have we ever been. Our number one ranked web site in the Google search engine means that their customers are finding us first.

Even though we are not responsible for the billing practices of Indemand Hosting Solutions we are highly interested in learning more about who these people are. We feel that their billing practices are affecting our business which is subsequently making our customers lose confidence in us.
