InDemand Sales and Solutions is operated by David Bruning and Chris Carreck from Duncan BC in the Cowichan Valley. We grew up on Vancouver Island in Duncan and went to school, College, University and then becoming members of the Cowichan Valley community as adults. We love the Cowichan Valley and all that it has to offer!

We started from humble beginnings. We took a government sponsored training course called Community Futures where we learned how to become entrepreneurs. With the knowledge gained we opened a Internet Provider called Global Express Communications. We has some fun, learned a lot, and ultimately sold the business when high speed cable and ADSL phone connections became widely available. We saw the writing on the wall for small Internet Providers, and it wasn't pretty! Global Express Communications on Trunk Road in Duncan was a great business, and many of our customers were disappointed that we were leaving. We feel that we had the most loyal and wonderful customers that any business could have, they were great!

When we closed Global Express Communications, we decided to take some time off. We worked hard to create a successful business and just needed some downtime. After taking two years off, we decided to start an internet based website design company. We have many contacts in the business community and though we had a slow start we began to take traction after just a few months. We designed websites for several Real Estate Agents, a community gym and a a fair number of other businesses.

Our big break came when we earned a contract from a large company looking for a database driven site with a few hundred hits a month. We took to this contract with enthusiasm and took on a quest to learn and implement everything we could. With trial and error we took a website that generated a meagre few hundred hits a month to one that now has several hundred thousand hits a month and more than a million during its peak. They now rank in the top 3 Google search engine spots for most of the keywords they had us work towards. It didn't take long for us to realize that we had a talent that very few people have. We can not only design a successful website but we can also market it for some highly competitive keywords. This website was SportsPool.com and free NFL Pool website.

Since then, we have taken our business philosophy of making the customer happy and have created many very successful website for many satisfied customers in the Cowichan Valley. Check out our showcase for some examples of our work!
